Like all great Canadian stories, it all started at Tim Hortons over coffee and donuts.

We’re Pat and Dan, and we founded NeighborScape in 2006. After a few summers of working for other lawn maintenance companies, we had identified where common mistakes and frustrations arose, both from our customer’s perspective and our own. In discussing this (over those fateful donuts), we realized that we could do this ourselves. Only better.

At NeighborScape, we believe that if people enjoy what they do, they’ll do great work. Our teams work hard and enjoy themselves doing it. We’re structured in specialized project teams, from our construction and paving pros to our landscaping maintenance and horticulturalists. What do we have in common? A genuine enthusiasm for bringing our clients backyard dreams to life!

COMMUNITY INITIATIVES

Community is important to us here at NeighborScape. We couldn’t have gotten to where we are without the support of a dedicated community, and we’d like to pay the favour forward.

To that end, we have put together a grant for students of all ages, looking to start their own business, just like we did. We are offering $2500 in funds for an innovative business enterprise looking to provide a great service or product!
